We do not collect payment card details through this website.

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
• Arrange and carry out any work you ask us to do
• Liaise with loss adjusters or insurers on your behalf, where you have asked us to and where relevant to insurance repair work
• Keep records for accounting, warranty and legal purposes
  

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have separately agreed to that.

We rely on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

• Legitimate interests, to respond to enquiries and run our business
• Contract, once you ask us to carry out work, to deliver and manage that work
• Consent, where we ask for it separately, for example for marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time
  

Who we share your information with

We share information only where necessary:

• With loss adjusters, insurers or their representatives, where a job relates to an insurance claim and you have asked us to liaise with them
• With trades or suppliers directly involved in carrying out your job, where needed
• With our website host and any software we use to manage enquiries [name providers here once confirmed, for example the Brambl website platform]
  

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry details for [X months, to confirm] if no job goes ahead. Where we carry out work for you, we keep job and payment records for the period required by UK tax and accounting rules, currently six years from the end of the relevant tax year.
