Once a job is agreed, that agreement, along with any separate terms of business we provide, will govern the work, not this website terms page.

Payment terms

For commercial clients, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For domestic clients, payment is due on completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, images and the Peak Property Maintenance name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You must not use it without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
